Project Management
- Head up all aspects of project planning coordinating between three offices in Atlanta, Houston and Israel
- Plan each project with the client around necessary power plant outages, load swings and holidays
- Review contracts with new clients and Purchase Orders with previous clients to get them in a timely fashion before a project starts

- Primary interface for the Tax Accountant in Atlanta for filing taxes and recording depreciation and deferred taxes
- Provide detailed job costing to account for travel, materials and labor
- Prepare all information for Quarterly Audits from our parent company overseas
- Multi-State Payroll, Vacation Accrual, 401K administration, AP, AR including high level collections, commissions, Inventory control, reconciling all accounts
- Purchase all equipment and materials needed for each job and track all purchase orders for onsite shipment
- Handle all Insurance policies for the company including, workers comp, general liability, umbrella, multiple auto and property. Prepare any claims necessary.
Human Resource Manager
- Serve as the first line of contact for 12 employees scattered all over the US
- Maintain all employee records, including wage garnishments, workers comp claims, alimony, child support paperwork
- Record and Maintain all OSHA documents
Other Administrative Duties
- Serve as first line of support for all computer, software related issues in the Atlanta office
- Implement Satellite internet for mobile office in the field for better communication

- Review copy write for mass marketing emails
